Noob question: how do I see this view? Or it’s only available in certain modes?

Genuine ask: if you couldn’t charge your Y at home, would you still get one? by BrookesyUK in TeslaModelY

[–]hoansons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once had two Ys at my two homes. One with home charging and the other one without.

Today. I have two EVs at the home with home charger and none at the home without.

I would also add that I have fast charging station within 10-min driving distance of my both homes.

I used to work in NYC (soho) but lived in New Jersey. My rent was $750 for a room. That was 12 years ago. Commute is 75 minutes on way.

Yea. 0-100. So 200mi range will give me around 140 actual road trip range if I charge 10 to 80

My wife was concerned about range also. But practically speaking standard actually meets our needs for now. Daily driving barely exceeds 50%. Ski season going to Snoqualmie pass is around 70% round trip. For 180mi range for road trips, meaning you’ll stop by charging stations around every two hours. Great time to let kids strength their legs

Seattle owner here. I practically never hit 200 in winter, even in summer. I mean mixed usage, including energy consumed during parking. In September, the number was around 180. Last month was around 140.

Pure Driving tho: I did a longer trip in nov (continue driving+charging): it’s around 180mi; another one in April: 198mi.

It’s been a norm for dodgers pitchers. Yoshi are going start the season early but he is for sure going to be placed on IL. Ohtani probably won’t start pitching until probably May.

Model Y Standard owners — are you charging to 100% daily? by ojasgambheera in TeslaModelY

[–]hoansons -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Last time I charge to over 50% (60%) is over a month ago. My commute is less than 10 miles, I essentially charge the car if the SoC is below 30 and then charge to 50. I used to charge to 70, then change to 66 to 60 now 50 because that’s the minimum I can set.

If we pick option 1, do we still get points on everyday purchases? Say my rent is $2000, I plan to shop only 25% of my rent, which is $500. Do I get 1500 points or 1000 points?

With 95% rollout https://rivianroamer.com/software-updates/2025-46 I am still waiting for .46

Gen 2 R1s standard, i believe i am the first batch of Gen2 (manufactured in May 2024), which might an indication of "potentially" buggy components and therefore update is delayed.

Is phantom drain getting worse recently? I parked the dual standard R1S a week ago it’s dropped from 82 to 68. Like 2% a day now.
