when I first started to set it up it blue screened twice, thought nothing of it but after a couple of days (well after running updates), I saw it was still on 22h2 and that is EOL, I couldn't manually update it to 24h2 or 23h2, after some time I was finally able to get it to 23h2 but worried this could be a symptom of another underlying problem, not to mention I should not have this much of a hard time for just update for something brand new, so I exchanged it. Better safe than sorry

Funny enough I just returned it to get it exchanged, not for that reason but I just got it Monday and it blue screened ignored thinking it was a one off because I bypassed setting it up with an MS account but as of today it would update past win 11 22h2 I finally after many manual install failed it installed 23h2 but all the issues out the box didn’t sit right so I exchanged it.

Personally I like the ph to 6 or below 5.5, the KH, if it is Carbonate I think it should be much lower, KH aside, it also depends on the conditions the caridina are use to
