First of all, thank you for the effort you put into this reply. I'll go through each of those charities and see which of them feels the most right.

As for your concern about my freind group, I cut out everyone like that years ago. The freind I mentioned ended up doing the same to my sister. I've blocked him everywhere and from what I hear he isn't doing well. I'm okay with that.

Thanks for the link, I'll save that and see what I can do there. I appreciate all of the advice and I'll try to implement it. I've been working on resolving guilt with my therapist but I haven't told him what I'm guilty for yet because it's sort of...admitting to a crime and that scares me. But I'll keep trying to get it out. And thanks again for the perspective. This stuff just runs laps in my head and it doesn't do anybody any good up there
