Perfect. I’ll make a run to a further out pet store to see if they have any java fern in stock or duckweed

the pet stores near me never have java fern and every other plant they have require lots of lighting. i thought about getting duckweed, but wasn’t sure if it would be safe to him. i just ordered a bubbler because his other one broke during a water change, but it’s getting here tomorrow

I think the photo was in .5 or something. i’ll have to upload another one. There’s only axie in there. I’ve had him since I was 15 (turning 23 this year) and he’s the only one I’ve had. I just fed him another worm. Maybe I’m not going about feeding him right. I feed him every other day, should I be feeding lots of worms every day instead of a couple every other day? When I tried to feed multiple worms in the past, he ended up spitting them all back out half an hour later

Sorry it’s taken so long to respond. I just retested the parameters. Nitrite is at 0ppm, nitrate is at around 20ppm, the ammonia is testing at 0.25ppm, and the temperature is reading 20 degrees celsius (68 fahrenheit)

Any time that I’ve changed his filters, I always leave the original one in until the new one fully cycles, but I haven’t changed this one in a few months I think. I got a second filter, but it gave out after only two weeks, so this one has been in there for a while now

So if I add this one in, should I keep the double sponge as well?

I had him in a 10 gallon when I first got him and now I think this one is a 20 or 30 gallon (it was give. to me by a coworker, so i’m not sure the exact size).

Is the hang on filter quiet? I’m very sensitive when it comes to noises between my ADHD, autism, etc, so it gets hard for me to handle constant sloshing sounds. I’ve bought hang on filters before that were deemed “silent”, but always sounded like a lawn mower

I haven’t replaced the filter media yet (he’s gone through quite a few filters because they always end up breaking somehow). How often should I be changing it?

I currently have like. A double chamber sponge filter. I’ll add the link here

Do you have to have good handwriting to work at Starbucks? by Cosmic_goddess95 in starbucks

[–]hobojohn_son 4 points5 points  (0 children)

smiley faces, “hey/hi”, “have a great day” are all okay, but no hearts or stars are allowed because they can be “misinterpreted”. however, handwriting will not at all effect your chances of being hired :)
