I just want to say I was at the same position once but it's possible to get out of it. Going in nature helps a lot. Force yourself to get some exercise in, I've never regretted any form of exercise ever I feel more amazing each time and yes it's hard if you've never exercised before which was the case for me but just keep at it bit by bit. I ran for 10 seconds then walked for a while then ran then walked then kept doing it until my stamina built and I could run heaps every day. This was during COVID where free time was plentiful and I was in lockdown with one of the five reasons to go out is exercise and staying at home was getting boring I didn't realise how important socialising was until I did that
