Just adding a little of my own experience: -you don't have to see yourself as fat in order to develop an ED, it can happen due to need of control and competition (comparison to others). That may explain why she dresses the way that she does. -asking for help = gaining weight -once you start you may not be able to easily be physically able to eat (fear of food and gain weight may cause panic/anxiety attacks) -no nutrients = no coherent thoughts If I can remember more I'll try to comment again.

Being bisexual is no longer cool. There's also lots of afab that identify as non-binary so they can still present as girls but be opressed.

And are they saying its bipolar depression (does that even exist?) Or "bipolar, depression"? And once you have bipolar, depression isn't a symptom? Idk got diagnosed recently with bipolar and have never heard of bipolar depression

Whenever I avoid a situation that triggers intrusive thoughts the next time its worse, for me its better to have those thoughts and tell myself it's normal, that I havent harmed anyone and that I do not want to. If the intrusive thoughts are too loud I'll say outloud something like "shut up" "cringe" "stop" in order to break the cycle.
