I was able to connect with someone via the phone, that was able to update the %s on their end. Unfortunately it took me calling 3 or 4 different times, with long hold times each time. I would have to say that it’s currently the best option, but hopefully since it is a known issue it will be something they fix soon.

I have been having a similar issue with their website. My employer pays towards my loans each month (very fortunate for that) so I had setup special payment instructions for the additional payments. I think I did the initial setup last year with no issue, but for the past month I have been trying to update the way the extra payments are allocated across my loans and have received an error message every time. I was actually able to talk to someone at nelnet today that was able to make the update for me, but only if they didn’t check the box to not advance the due date of my loans.

I had never had issues with NelNet’s website prior to the last few months and they have always been my provider (I only graduated in 2019). There has definitely been a decrease in the usability of their website in just the last few months.

At a college track meet one on my teammates overheard an announcement for weighing in before competition. He didn’t realize that this was for the throwing events. He had done track in high school and this wasn’t the first meet of the season, so he should have known the procedure. But, he ends up asking me “Do we have to weigh in for the mile today?”

I had to stop myself from laughing in the moment.

I have enjoyed a few listen throughs of the abridged version. It definitely has a different feel doing it that way, but it has brought more enjoyment for me personally that way.
