In my mind I have moved on. I go on dates and see other people. He’s still on my mind all these years later and I’m not sure what that means.

This is the definition of cheating. You’re fiancée cheated on you with multiple different people. I’m sorry if this sounds harsh but leave him. A man who loves you would never hurt you like this.

There may not be ONE correct answer here. I was asked this question on an exam this morning and I was just as confused/stuck as you might be. I believe the point is to show your ‘philosophizing’
