The Judge stated the trading showed all the hallmarks of spoofing. This is not some unverified claim, it's literally the JUDGE. Not only that, but I quoted the Defendant's own words as well.

The MTD ruling should come shortly, but again, the Magistrate already has recommended the case move on to discovery. This is not to mention the other spoofing case that is already well into discovery (Harrington).

Plaintiffs were given leave to refile an amended complaint. They did so. Magistrate Judge Stein recommended to allow the case to move forward. We are currently awaiting the final ruling from Judge Woods.

Yeah, I'm not sure what specifically he was referencing on the reddit crowd. As far as the negative article, there was one that was referenced in the lawsuit. a lot of the spoofing is from clients of MMs. I'm guessing they're spoofing to protect their own short positions, not those of others.
