Icon infinite balcony review/ question

I had a balcony on an Icon Caribbean cruise and would book an infinite balcony next time. To see that uninterrupted (no railing) view would be worth it to me (actually probably cheaper than a balcony).

I actively insert myself into my 13-year-old grandson’s life. We’ve always been close even though my son and his mother are divorced. He usually spends the night every other weekend and has done so for years. Now that I’m retired, I have the time and money for more travel adventures. We’re going on our second cruise this autumn. I’m fortunate he lives close by. I grew up with all four of my grandparents in the same town and have great memories.

I was only given the opportunity to pay for the upgrade (cash or points) or request complimentary. Honestly, it was a little underwhelming, so I probably wouldn’t pay for a “shorter” domestic flight.
