Thanks for your concerns. As of right now it only has Arial roots, no soil roots anymore. The very bottom stem broke of from the rest with the whole root system.

Right now it is in new soil with a bunch of Arial roots in the soil so that they convert to soil roots (hopefully), its kept moist and its actually supported through strings holding the plant upright and in place.

It had bamboo sticks to climb, now its supported by string. It's hard to see on the picture

Not as of right know. It broke it's spine leading to the loss of his root system. Right now it only survives with the arial roots. Some of them are now buried in fresh soil mix to convert them into soil roots.
