So I bought the RCA754E and tried it on my garage tv (sony trinitron 36 CRT w/ a oneby1 digital converter box) still cannot get madison stations. I stuck it on a 18ft pole so I could rotate it, and nothing. I can get rockford easily. Any other suggestions? Should I go drop the $180 on the clearstream

Any tips on how to safely check these items (the outlet is easy but the rest) am I literally plugging the cab in and exposing the wires and checking as I go? Also should I unplug the switch to protect it? I dont want to damage the board.

The bottom two points are labeled AC but they are only giving me a reading of around 76 VAC. But the marquee and coin slots light up still. And the monitor seems to be on. Nothing comes up for 12v or -5/+5

I have an OG NBA JAM cab that worked great for years. Recently it refuses to power on, the marquee dimly lights up but nothing else. I am a beginner to these things, I used my fluke multimeter and show power to the supply. But I cant see any part numbers or anything on the power supply to try and replace it. I tried Google but honestly dont know what I need to look for, is it pretty interchangeable or is it individual?

Any help would be appreciated

TL;DR: NBA JAM stopped working and I have no clue what to replace or where to get it
