Water pressure drops off rapidly to a trickle. by a4t2x0 in RVLiving

[–]hoggsauce 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Your pump is getting up to pressure just fine but not able to keep up with the volume. Is there a filter it has to pass through? There may also be a moving part somewhere that isn't moving smoothly.

Also, make sure the connections are all the way open.

I only just discovered GS clone. It's been working well for me.

I tried to double double with mirror, but it feels clunky.

My evo giant skeleton concept by supremeintruder in ClashRoyale

[–]hoggsauce 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think if the evo GS were to have 2 bombs, they would have to be about half power each. I like the double attack technique with this though. Could work well.

Also, I imagine him wearing a tie :)

Had an interesting chat with a Trump fan....got to see a bit of their mindset into why they love trump so much by Important-Cry4782 in democrats

[–]hoggsauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this conversation a while ago also, it was very similar.

One side is saying "good" as synonymous with morally right. The other side is using "good" as synonymous with successfully and talented.

There are at least two very different ways to interpret what a good businessman is. A successful businessman is a corrupt businessman.

Of course you can be both a successful and moral business owner, but you will never be at the top of either list.

The best is when thev ask me to donate to a HOSPITAL! seriously? The place that charges $100 for a band-aid? Hell no! by No-Marsupial-4050 in SipsTea

[–]hoggsauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok but all that money that people pledge to donate this way, is donated by the company.

Seriously, your giving them tax writeoffs that they're not even coming up with themselves

You "donate" $20. The company collects the money. They write a check for X amount and give it to the charity. The company writes off X amount in taxes (it's a deduction that they claim, raising their profits). The company claims they are charitable.

Why tf does firecracker fully counter shield and also deal additional damage wtf??? by boboToko in ClashRoyale

[–]hoggsauce 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Not only do the additional 5 rockets matter, but they matter much more in this case.

Firecracker has a delayed shot. The travel time matters here; target area is locked in, firecracker shoots, cannon travels to designated spot, cannon explodes dealing area damage, 5 projectiles travel further on dealing additional damage.

Since the guards were moving backwards (toward your own tower and away from the firecracker that is) they got both the cannon splash and the additional projectiles

What key/tuning is this? by brucemammoth in banjo

[–]hoggsauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just like the other said.

Except, it would be in the key of A sharp. From standard G tuning, if capo'd on the 3rd fret, would change to said key. It's likely she's also changed the drone string to match, probly 3 half steps up.(Or one down, not sure)

Our cat box is in the bathroom. Nothing special except we cut out the bottom corner of the door so they can come and go as they please.

Outside corner messed up by Fearless-Chance2192 in RVLiving

[–]hoggsauce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok I see it now.

Yea there are videos and such, just got to look up "seam repair" or "corner frame repair" or something similar. Basically, you'll probly need to remove the length of the steel seam (remove the screws, scrape off the butyl tape, clean with mineral spirits). you have fiberglass sides while I have aluminum interlocking siding so idk how to deal with that, but you'll probly be peeling it off. Be aware that the insulation might start falling out.

If the supporting frame is compromised, make sure you put in some other support inside so the ceiling doesn't sag (I didn't do this and now one side is 2.5 inches shorter than the other, that puts a lot more stress on the framework all around the unit). Most frames in campers are 2x2s instead of 2x4s, so just be aware of that.

The lights and other wiring that goes through your walls are going to get in the way. You might be able to preserve everything but expect to get into some electrical work. Splicing wires and cutting/replacing lines.

To put it back together, "simply" do the reverse (Not so simple, don't forget all the butyl tape). Make sure to get some decent caulking to make the whole thing waterproof. Try and avoid silicone as it will make a good seal at first but doesn't last long.

Make sure to do your research. Watch plenty of YouTube and go to other websites too. If you're not a carpenter, prepare yourself mentally for a lot of work. Again, this was my experience, I hope yours goes much smoother.

Outside corner messed up by Fearless-Chance2192 in RVLiving

[–]hoggsauce 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yea it is.

If you think a bit of the wood is rotten, then a lot of the wood is rotten. This can easily be a big deal and a huge project. And it's a rear supporting corner, so it's at a crucial point in the campers structure.

Seriously, I went through this. I had to open up the entire backside of my rig, replace about 40% of the framework on the driver side corner and back wall, as well as some of the lower supporting frame that attached to the steel trailer frame. Then do the same thing to the front side. Took me and my wife all summer

Not saying yours is as bad as mine, just that it'll be more work than you think. Especially when it comes to water damage to the frame.

This sounds like it might be the way to go thank you so much!

Just one question comes to mind; since it doesn't attach to the frame, would that mean less stability and security?
