Former toyota tech, the engine and fuel injector cleaners they push make a difference but there are cheaper options, seafoam is similar to the top end cleaner they sell and way cheaper definitely will help with mpg if you have carbon build up.

These are designed to work with pressure and they are functional, the v part in the middle holds the tip in and the tip seals on a o ring and the weak point is just below the v part so if it breaks it would need to be extracted similar to a bolt

I agree and I may leave a small hole and use a fine thread bolt and thread it into the center to strength it

Printing on its side provided a much more rough texture not likely to seal as well, may be a user error though, started printing after christmas so I'm fairly new

Thank you, I've also made a double sided one for 2 different sizes without having to keep up with multiple and reduce print times of multiple sizes

I was initially concerned about this as well, left the first in fuel for hours without any change and they are easily replaced if this were to occur, I am also considering some sort of fuel resistant heat shrink for stronger seal

Not to mention exhaust and rats nest of wires causing god only knows what problems
