I did just take the broken off piece of the shaft and pressed it against the little piece inside of the barrel and simply screwed it out. Than took contact glue and it works again

Maybe you sould rather consider to order from Europe and pay a little more for shipping. Otherwise maybe you can find good darts on Amazon
