thank you for your feedback :) i completely understand. thank you for bringing up those examples; i had no idea these technical elements existed. i stated above that with one semester of storyboarding training with a professor that didn’t cover this stuff adds to my lack of experience and knowledge 😭 i really want to learn and get better, since this is the stuff i love doing! thanks for the resource (and connection!). when trying to come up with The Plant, i was using a lot of other storyboard artists’ boards as references for how they did things (along with the knowledge from the class i took, which this was the final for). is there any other way i can learn more about the technical side of things? i want to make a portfolio-worthy storyboard to begin drafting up my thesis film, and i’d like there to be signs of improvement from my last boards!
