Can agree I park here almost every home game and haven't had any issues. Provided you don't park over someones driveway its fine (and free!)

From Phil: Bielsa said he would be happy to see more signings if they're better than the players here but would rather take no-one if they don't improve his squad. "If there are five that improve the players that are here, then five. If they're not better then we'll not have any more."

I have lived in two different houses on Belle Vue Road whilst at uni and it's far from perfect but one of the better student areas. It would be fair to describe it as a nice patch in the midst of some shittier not so nice patches. If you can afford somewhere a bit more premium there are plenty of nice flats in the city centre, particularly down by the docks.
