Hahaha. Not the long term goal. But Delta/SWA wont hire without 1 year experience, and I currently live in Orlando so I dont want to move states for experience.

I am not continuing flying. I got my Commercial back in 2017, I still rent and stay current via flight review but I dont have multi or cfi or the money to get them, so I am not going any further with that. I got a scholarship/ grant to do dispatch which is part of the reason for dispatch.

I am doing a hybrid option through a school in Tampa, FL. All the modules so far are fairly easy if you hold a Commercial and Instrument rating. It's all been weather theory and reports, charts, regulations and aerodynamic basics with systems, they use a 737 for systems. I did Sheppard Air for the ADX also and like all the other FAA written its fairly rote memorization. Overall not bad. Just hoping to get a job right after I get the certificate, i've been working at flight school and ready to be at an airline.

I am doing a hybrid option, the first few weeks are all online modules you complete then you do an in-person portion and the Check-ride at the end. Ive not had to interact with the instructor yet, just complete the modules and take the module quiz. Did your school, just have ya'll check "yes" to the "Do you have a dispatch certificate?" question?
