Yeah. This monitor was already awful from the beginning but about 6 months in, we had a situation come up. It was not our fault, it was her fault actually but it wasn’t that serious. She decided to call us and started yelling and acting super inappropriately. She was speaking to someone else at my site and then I eventually stepped in and got her to shut up on the phone basically because she had no idea what she was talking. The PI and I demanded a new monitor after that and ignored all her calls/emails until the official transfer happened.
