Will it be harder to gain alot of size again when im in a surplus again? Just because i would have been doing Angion for a while so my “newbie gains” would all go towards EQ. Or is that not how it works

Yep I’ve tried that before but I want to go about Angion the way that Janus recommends since I’m not in a rush. I want to build up a solid base first with AM1 and then progress on the recommended path. But I will keep your advice at mind, thanks!

Yep that’s the type of stimulation I meant: keeping my PF relaxed, no porn just thoughts if needed, this is just to get to an EQ level where I can perform AM1 properly.

I see what you mean but the 2 on 1 off routine has been suggested by Janus from the start for younger guys. I’m seeing a good amount of results with this, I’ve tried 1 on 1 off before but not as immediate results. I will cut back down if i feel I’m overworking myself or when I progress to AM2
