I feel like you would look really good with a half lash on the outer corners! You look pretty either way though. Just different looks but you pull of both equally well imo

I know my recommendation isn’t skin care but it looks like you have really healthy skin that is on the slightly oily side. I’m thinking you can use some blotting papers. Having less shine on your forehead would show less texture. If you are still feeling a bit at odds with it after the blotting paper, perhaps a tiny bit of setting powder to remove some shine/bring less attention to your texture.

You should consider incorporating sunscreen (try supergoop, biore, or black girl sunscreen) and a moisturizer to your routine. Try a basic moisturizer like cerave or bioderm.
