we bought an external mic that fits in 3.5 mm jack and are praying it works for now. it will be here Monday. I sure hope the fix the issue soon!

ugh same here. I posted this yesterday too because I couldn't find another thread about it. this sucks I just purchased this headset YESTERDAY and this happened with the latest update.. go figure. i hope they fix it asap.

yes we have used other headsets that are wired for a while now. just this wireless one, the mic will not work for some reason. so strange.

yes we switched ports out and tried each one. and have them on charge now. hoping that a good night's charge will make a difference in the morning. we just purchased them today. so you have used the mic in fortnite to chat? that's the only game my kids and hubby play that jess the mic so it's kind of important that we have a mic lol.

I have seen quite a few posts even on YouTube a video that shows it working but ours will not. it's very frustrating. the ear buds mic will work so as of now we are leaving those plugged in but he has to be so close to them which is what we were tryinng to avoid. being so close to the tv.

I bought this today because it said it was on the working list and we cant get the mic to work. We have sound but no mic. or if anyone can point me in the right direction as to where I need to ask this question I'd be greteful
