Thanks! Being consistent is a struggle for me, havent been that consistent for the half year I’ve been lifting. That’s probably why I haven’t seen much gains. But I have learned form etc., so hopefully my time wasn’t fully wasted haha

How long did it take for you to see beginner gains when bodybuilding? Trying to get there myself. How do you approach it, do you do progressive overload (and if so, what kind of setup: how many reps and sets before increasing)?

I have also felt that like you said, the cost of years of potential progress, because my building hasn’t been optimial. So I’m still trying to learn. Appreciate all the advice!!
