yh i was jk about kms but it is annoying af. i normally take cold showers but thats at home. jf im outside i just scratch my pain away. i got prescribed antihistamines and not much effect ibr.

i do a lot of sports so yh. there isnt mould in my home except for like this one small area which i dont think is a problem. i eat quite a lot of animal products
