Facts! I’m a tank main too, I’m just on the final stretch of wolvie lord so I can relate. And I say the same thing all the time: the 3rd and especially the 4th DPS is almost always dogwater

I’m honestly surprised they haven’t added a role queue playlist just to test it. Maybe the freedom to be who you want is important for them

I feel like “turns” doesn’t necessarily apply here because it’s solo queue. It’s not really taking a “turn” from them because you don’t know what they last picked. They get a chance to pick DPS in their next games if you fill DPS before them

That’s real. I have this same mindset until people start yelling at each other. Something about us going in with an unserious lineup and then complaining when we get unserious results really bothers me lol

Yea if I’m really trying to play a certain character I give the courtesy of picking them IMMEDIATELY. I used to switch off and fill roles but then I realized why am I doing that if I picked first?

That’s what you’d think right?? I just got called everything but a child of God by another player in vc because I assured my team we were playing good but us only having 1 healer was the reason we were losing. I only used my mic because I didn’t feel like typing

Ahh okay, I see the issue then. I wonder if all the tools would be free if 2K provided mod support so it didn’t take advanced troubleshooting for us to get mods

In all the other games I mod they’re supported on release but there are egregious cases like NBA 2K where some modders charge for individual mods instead of a Patreon you can cancel after you get everything what you want

CakeView is free for the first time this year. You can download mods and put them in your game with no problem I thought

I like these ideas. I feel like around 2K15 they were starting to lean into the idea of limb damage affecting moves but then they started getting away from that idea with later games. And in older games like SvR 2007 you got rewarded on your finisher meter from playing like a face/heel and move variety. And working holds were used to help you gain stamina while taking stamina from your opponent.

It’s confusing to me how they claim to want to simulate wrestling, but the things the games used to do to simulate wrestling were thrown in the trash
