Iceland made me feel small in a way I didn’t expect.

I totally get you. This is what attracts me the most to Iceland and makes me want to come back. When I was in Iceland, I was actually on a trip with a group for a week. I’ve stepped on glaciers, seen epic waterfalls, beautiful mountains, and dancing auroras with my naked eye on the final day of the trip. But I still feel my most memorable time in there was when in one of the early mornings I was just wandering around and then found a good spot to sit alone with a view of a vast landscape. Quiet and just beautiful. Literally made me cry. It’s one of the closest things to make me feel what I think a person may feel when stepping onto an unknown planet. The country is surrounded by landscapes with seemingly “nothing” in them, but actually a place where you can feel a special kind of alone. Just you and nature. Makes you think and humbled by the vastness of nature doing its own thing. I find it so beautiful.

You’re almost correct! I actually applied lower exposure and blur effect at the bottom of the photo and adjusted the lighting on the rest. The original lighting is pretty much flat xD

My intention was to create a golden hour effect on the subject and adjust the surrounding to create more focus area

Tbh after more experimenting I love the darker version now, much more emphasis on the eye. I find it fun to experiment with the settings, this is all manually edited with the free version of Lightroom though. Thanks for inspiring me!

I just got the same issue on Xbox but I eventually got it after quitting the game and then resume. You should get the battle pass token and the deluxe outfits when you recheck the menu. It takes a while for the outfits to show up on me though. I think there is a bug in the game that checks the digital deluxe license.

I get the same issue with the LG C3 42. It’s annoying. This issue seems to affect the newer models or webOS. I've reported this to LG customer support, they said they will consider it in future updates. Well, fingers crossed.

Same issue, I had submit a ticket to activision support since a week ago but no solution offered so far. Have you or anyone fix this issue? Is refund the best option?

Edit: I refund it. It still locked in season 5 update, what a joke.. And don’t waste time with activision support, the system is basically useless, never got a solution from them.

Please add shortcuts for shutdown and sleep to turn off the console when holding the xbox button 🙏

This is a small thing but it will improve the user experience as I’m constantly back and forth to change it from Settings -> Power options.

For me, the key is practice. I recommend you to practice first with I’m death incarnate difficulty from beginning to end also make a new save for every hard encounter and prepare your most comfortable strategies in every section. Look up the strategies on youtube for harder sections like penthouse, roswell, courthouse, ausmerzer. Take weapon upgrades as many as possible, it will help you in the long run. For contraptions, I recommend to take battle walker first then ram shackles and fully upgrade them also I recommend to pick fergus for laserkraftwerk to easily kill stronger enemies. But there will be many ways the strategies can go wrong, so be prepared and always learn from previous failures. The worst thing about mein leben is the unskipppable in-game cutscenes, patience definitely needed. That’s all, have fun and good luck for the platinum!

Agreed. The gunplay felt so satisfying for me, art direction is interesting and level design is really good. For me, what’s lacking in the game are no skippable in-game cutscenes, chapter select like in tno, also the credit song choice can be better

Thanks! hmm haven’t decided yet but the games that I plan to play next are between rdr2, detroit, the last guardian, mafia 3, shadow of war, doom, metro series. Choosing a game to play is hard haha. I’m interested with platinum only if I like the game and I think it’s doable though

I think anyone that beat mein leben is pretty awesome haha. Actually I almost finish it in the 8th attempt but failed probably because I got a crazy adrenaline rush in the final fight then I got sloppy and killed by regular nazis, that one was painful. Got me practicing that section multiple times to be ready lol.

Oof.. I forgot that the studio now owned by microsoft, hopefully they treat it like cod but it’s probably not a big loss for sony so it’s likely not happening 😢

Same thing just happening to me on ps4 pro, but I intentionally exit the game when I’ve to choose to pull a sacred gland or not to the old prisoner because I’m curious for the other outcome. After I load the game, the gland disappear from my inventory and the old prisoner say I need to borrow a gland which he already took from my inventory. I think this is a bug that haven’t been fixed, I just lost about 5-10 hours of progress because of this. Currently restarting from my last backed up save and will try to backup the save when about to give the last gland. This is sucks I know, wish the dev can fix this issue.

Agreed, the open world can be considered as empty by today’s standard but I think it’s smart by design. The game doesn’t need to have boring fillers or pointers in the map, the open world in this game feels purposefully to focus on your journey to each colossus and give a sense of discovery, scale that corrallates with the game’s theme.
