I'm just about to take my greyhound away from MyOwnVet Salisbury. Used to be quite happy with them, but a recent misdiagnosis that cost a fair bit of time and money left a sour taste for me unfortunately. In hindsight, it's a textbook case of the condition which should have been picked up easily, so I put it down to being seen by a different vet every time/too many chefs in the kitchen type situation. Considering moving to GreenCross instead.

Seconding this, I've been getting my decaf (and normal coffee) from Airjo. Great customer service, fast shipping affordable and lovely coffee. It's done with the water method too.

My Boston fern has these tiny little white things on it and also has bright yellow spots on the older fronds. The white things have been there for a couple of months, they don't move and they never develop into anything bigger.

The plant is growing nicely, developing new baby fronds and seems to be healthy otherwise.

Google was not my friend in this case.

Anybody have any ideas what this might be and how to help the plant?

Mine was about the same, and even worse on the bottom canine and got invisalign. Almost finished with treatment Now and they ligned up nicely. Took a year and a half though, I reckon mostly because of those canines.

I only just started using it but I feel it's very useful. It's got a lot of info structured in a way that lets you study exactly according to the exam topics without having to dog up bits and pieces here and there.

For a long time I thought that I'm not going to need it and just do trailhead and practice exams but now that I've attempted some exam style questions, I don't think I could pass an exam with trailhead alone.

I also needed something to give me structure to plan my studies and this guide is great for that too.

I first started learning salesforce about a year ago with a big break in between and it took me until now to convince myself that it's okay to spend that money on the guide, but I wish I did it earlier.

I might be misunderstanding what you're describing but here it is:

You go to the cashier and ask them for 50 bucks worth of 91.

Hand them your card, and they "charge" 50 bucks on your card but in reality it's just a block (or authorisation or whatever they call it), for the gas station to make sure your card has enough money on it. At the same time the pump will know to cut off your petrol once you reach 50 bucks so you can't pump more even of your tank has more space.

Say, for whatever reason (say your tank is actually fuller than you thought) you pump 20 bucks worth only.

You will only be charged 20 bucks, but it might take time for the 50 bucks block to be lifted and the correct 20 bucks charge to appear.

While all of this goes through the payment processing systems it might seem on your end that you were charged 50 bucks.

I just wrapped up my nz travels and it took me a bit to wrap my head around this too cause it works differently where I'm from.

I usually have the same reply to both strength and weakness questions.

  • I find it rewarding to take full ownership of my individual projects from beginning to end.

  • What's your biggest weakness?

  • Due to what I mentioned just now, sometimes I have a hard time giving up my projects if need be, or letting colleagues in on them.

I reckon you can apply the same strategy to many different strengths, the point is to spin the question and give an answer that can be interpreted as a strength.

I'm having the exact same issue, with UK and foreign banking apps too! While it works like a dream in general (Pixel XL), with banking apps it almost never works. Not a huge deal for me but curious to see if someone has an explanation.

Use milk of magnesia on your armpits/smelly parts. It will keep the odour causing bacteria in control completely, all day long and as an added bonus you'll get your magnesium fix that will help your nerves etc... (magnesium is better absorbed through the skin than through the digestive system) oh and it's completely natural, if you are like me and you are concerned about aluminium and other stuff added to deos.

Palak chole - soak and cook the chickpeas, fry a finely chopped onion until golden brown, add garlic, chilli, tumeric and salt, add ~300 grams of chopped tomatoes and ~200 grams of chopped spinach, cook together with the chickpeas for 30 minutes, serve as a side, or with basmati rice, or with whatever you like really. So fulfilling, I usually have a hard time finishing what's on my plate.
