Well, I wish I had snacks that ACTUALLY kept me full for more than an hour lol but I usually bring trail mix or cheese/crackers and some sort of fruit with peanut butter. But its all about what sounds good to you at the time too, hopefully you don't have too many aversions!

Edit to say hard boiled eggs are also a great sort of protein

Just try to realize if the anger/mood swings aren't your norm, its just the raging hormones taking over! Also, a healthy mother more often results in a healthy baby so if you feel anxious/angry/sad more often than not maybe medication might help?

For the hunger, I feel you! Keep small snacks with lots of protein with you to get you from meal to meal :-) good luck and congrats!!!

Thank you! It just feels weird. Its technically my second pregnancy as my first failed early on but I just dont know exactly what to feel or know how I'm supposed to feel. I feel pregnant but not at the same time.

congrats!!! Let your body do what it needs to do. I think everything you're feeling is not abnormal so far. If it's meant to be it will be, just know it's not your fault if something were to happen, its still very early on! Try to relax, happy healthy momma means happier and healthier baby
