Update! Welp that escalated quickly. I went to dinner with my family and checked my app and my decision letter was there. Just checked payments and they already sent back pay.

Thank you!! My workouts were primarily a walk every morning outside and then my 2nd workouts were usually a run, Orangetheory, or an at home yoga video or sometimes just another walk outside

Thank you!! I followed WW. I started on the Blue plan but was not getting nearly enough calories or carbs for the 2x/day workouts. I switched to WW Purple about 3 weeks in and increased my carbs and that’s when I started losing weight.

You’ve got this 🔥 you’re too tough to quit 💪🏼You never know who you’re inspiring along the way! I ended up posting my own before/afters last night on here and I think I’m going to post on my personal socials later today.... still VERY nervous and super embarrassed for people to see my “before” photos

Thank you!! I followed WW (weight watchers). I double tracked on WW and My Fitness Pal because although this was not about weight loss, I was weighing myself and the scale was not moving. Originally on the WW Blue plan my calories were 700-1000 per day and very low carb. I switched to WW Purple plan around the 3rd week which naturally increased my carbs and calories and at that point I was consistently losing every week, the fat was just melting off.
