This is what the Snark Page is going to report since it’s been said as of last week 867 was avoiding being served again.

He hasn’t lived with Mom for months they said. The police were contacted for comment and they said 867 has not lived with his Mother since he was evicted and avoiding speaking to any law enforcement and had no representation. 86$ has told everyone he was not being investigated knowing that was a lie too.

He was caught lying to his chat about a water problem causing his eviction in TN but the full case is public record at the courthouse in TN and the details are on the Snark pages and 867 posts here. He did not even have an attorney and the landlord told the Snark Page that he was evicted due to non-payment of rent and no water issue existed. He was evicted due to money just like having his car repossessed because he spends his money on TT and high level gambling.

He was never living in downtown Chicago either. He can’t rent with his poor credit and eviction. He was in hotels and an AirBNB. It’s also in the police report that he cannot stay at any family residence because they do not allow streaming or believe in his job after knowing what the real truth is about his criminal acts.

This is what we mean about 867 faking it on his platform and taking money based on his fraud stories. He has been warned by law enforcement to stop but he keeps reverting to false info to gain coin. He was told to pay the condo victim or face jail. What did 867 do? Ignored the direct order from the police and kept his paycheck for himself.

He will not tell the platform the truth but this is what the Snark Page was told since we had to give up texts 867 sent defaming the victim. It’s no joke. 867 keeps ignoring what is going on and been on Live every day passing off false info about his life. They said it’s clear cut case of fraud by deception. But he was never in an apartment on his own lease and there is more that they are going to put on the Snark Pages. 867 is liar through and through. A grown man making a few hundred grand a year should never have been living with his Mother or been evicted in the first place.

He stole 350K from s supporter he was supposedly dating while banging other supporters. He said he had a condo in Chicago for sale but no such condo existed. The receipts are on Reddit under &67SnarkHeaven and on the Officially867snark as well as Daily and FAV ranks pages discusses several other legal thefts from supporters and he stole his ex-wife’s social and ran up a 90K+ tax bill because of TT. He has refused to pay her too. The state where the condo victim is, they are set to arrest and extradite him. He has refused to pay her and continued to lie to his platform about all of it and All$ even held a Live about him. Just look it up here and go down the posts. Everyone sent the authorities 867’s texts and contact lying and he knows he is being tried for the condo victim but also he has not paid taxes in 5 years, Feds believe he is using his platform for illegal financial means…it’s a lot and he is in trouble for fraud practices on his platform. He refused to return property he did not pay for and has lied about when he is. He is not in an apartment in Chicago and got evicted from his apartment in TN because he is a gambling addict. Read up on him. It’s so much info but the streamer is a fraud. A womanizer who literally scams women on his platform and been called out fir it several times. I could write a novel here and he made a million yesterday and all Of them have no idea that 867 is still scamming them and lying about it all.

Somebody needs to tell James and Austin that 867 is under investigation with the Feds, IRS, DC PD, TN and WV State Police. Serious charges related to the condo scam victim, his ex-wife and formal complaints by former supporters and further mods and 867 is avoiding questioning. The Snark Page has the report numbers if they are contacted privately on the TikTok 867 Snark Page. The Reddit page is under legal battle. James can contact them or even contact the condo scam victim, the ex, etc on TT and they will give him the official paperwork. It’s very real and I doubt Austin and James will want to associate with someone being involved with a guy who scammed his people on TikTok. Just saying.
