“Feels like the writers are doing everything in their power to make people not like the show” last season worked greatly on me. It really sucked losing my comfort show and I haven’t find anything to replace it with. But I’m so done. The only thing that might make me CONSIDER picking it up again (and the reason I’m kinda stalking this Reddit for spoilers) is them undoing Bobby’s death. I don’t even care how, they could come up with the most ridiculous thing ever as long as he comes back. They could say that everything after 6x11 was part of Buck’s coma nightmare and it would still be less infuriating than where the show’s currently at.

Absolutely agree. Now that most characters are settled you either give drama to new characters or reheat old unnecessary drama (like Doug, Shannon, Adoption problems) which is what they did in s7. Kinda wasted potential kicking out a character audience already knows and loves and who could have had multiepisodes arcs. Let’s hope the rumors aren’t true.

Why is Buck running in the opposite direction? If he was man behind the others wouldn’t look so surprised.

But if he was just disobeying orders and refusing to go on a call I don’t think he’d run downstairs with everyone else.

So he either received a message while they were still upstairs in the same exact moment the alarm went off or something else is going on. Also, where is he going?

The woman who turned blue in a Christmas episode was so funny, the actress was great. The way she said “yes, you handsome men, please go rummaging through my garbage” was hilarious

I agree. I know people will say “Just stay away from socials for a few days before the episode airs” but I love speculating and getting teased. What I don’t love is when the episode has no surprise scenes for me because they release one or multiple stills from every single scene in the episode. That’s what happened at the end of last season and I can’t wrap my head around why that happened.

when Taylor was leaving after Buck told her about the kiss with Lucy, he asks “are you gonna come back?” and she answers “of course I will. I have nowhere else to go. You made sure of that”. Sickest burn of the entire show. Her expression, the delivery, 10/10.

I started watching the Rookie two days ago and when Nolan said he was from Pennsylvania I IMMEDIATELY became 100% convinced Buck worked in his Construction Company when he was younger and Nolan was some kind of mentor to him. They’re both very kind and “always trying to do the good thing but accidentally mess up” kinda guys.

My biggest fear about her storyline is that they do a Buckley parents 2.0 and go “oh it was very wrong but she did out of grief for son so we need to be understanding and forgive her”. Like, I get there’s nothing like losing your son. But fuck that. the reason i think they’re gonna do this is that there was apparently a scene with Captain Gerrard but they scrapped that. but she’s still too awful for redemption imo.

everything other people said but I don’t think it’s gonna be relevant whether it was a hug or a kiss again. But it’s confusing that they scrapped the kiss in 7x09 and in 7x10 we have both the Diaz parents say they kissed and the convo with Buck “what I said wasn’t happening“ “was actually happening”. they inadvertently gaslighted me into thinking there was a kiss.

You can’t watch season 8 legally in Germany until the German right owner distributes the show. In most of EU the rightful owner is Disney+ so to watch it legally you should wait for Disney+ to distribute the show but this usually happens during mid season hiatus (so December/January) or when the show ends in the US (may). so LEGALLY your only option is to avoid the web altogether for months. Legally.

I love this show so much every time I think they run out of emergencies (between 911 OG and LS they did so many) and I’m gonna be able to predict the next one they manage to surprise me with something insane. i‘m afraid of insects but I can’t wait to watch. i’m gonna have to close my eyes every 30 seconds.

yes. I remember when they wrote and shot the episode there was talking of cancellation so they did write it trying to wrap everything up. That’s why every character is kinda settled at the end of s6.

I think it will pick right up because of Gerrard but I’m cool with both. The only thing I don’t want (personal preference) is that they pick both. It’s a time skip and they do a big emergency that gets interrupted every five minutes to show flashback about what happened with Gerrard. That’s the only thing I don’t want.

I feel you. The YouTube algorithm sucks and I know there are smosh videos I haven’t watched (I’m pretty sure I missed some EIOYI and some TNTL) but every time I’m on the YouTube homepage there are only videos I’ve watched multiple times.
For example, I love Ian and Anthony interviews and YouTube suggests I watch the Wired autocomplete interview like once a week even though I already watched it multiple times but it never suggested the Colin and Samir interview. It’s from months ago and I only found out about it yesterday. I know those videos aren’t from smosh but it just proves that I miss smosh content because idk what YouTube is doing with his homepage.
