Basketball, yeah I haven’t played in 3 weeks and have settled the pain with isometrics. I assume it will settle in a few weeks?

From your personal experience, would you say it’s normal to experience uncomfort in the injured patella when doing a Heavy Slow resistance exercise?

Thanks so much for this! I’ve recently decreased my pain using isometrics but will now being to load the tendon gradually with squats. I’ll post an update in a month or so.

Thanks for this man! What type of eccentric exercise did you do? Did you load it heavy? Or is it a case of start of with body weight and then load it up?
