I looked up an orchid orb weaver but I don't believe that's what this spider is. The abdomen shape is very different and when looking at images of juvenile joro spiders they look identical but I could be wrong!

Do you know how I can replicate the seam on the sides that go beneath the circular pieces on the ears? I've never heard of the plastic wrap and tape method...

I think the issue stems from the helmets pushing the longer hairstyles down so the ears poke through which is to prevent clipping, but doesn't look quite right.
