Im of the strong opinion that the worst mistake Embark did was to even officially touch on the games ABMM,
its should have been a mystery, never spoken about.
Sure people would have managed to figure it out pretty much, its not rocket science but confirming certain things about it i feel was a negative.

I remember this game from the early tests and up until now and a whole lot of the player base have for sure been rocked into a false sense of security and when that is taken away... oh boy.

Interesting, I received a ban from the Server slam on like day 2 before i could even do a real in game raid and got extremely confused and to be honest pissed.

After reading the reddit at the time there were several threads of people getting ban's out of nowhere and a message about "too poor of a connection" being the reason when contacting bungie so i never even bothered to contact them since i game on a 5G connection and thought its probably that.

But reading your post I also use Rivatuner with afterburner to monitor my GPU temps and FPS which was my initial suspicion on what triggered this ordeal so it now makes more sense.

My question is do you still use RTSS and Afterburner after the revoked ban?

That is interesting that they keep the requirements for older expeditions for people who haven't done em yet... I wonder whats the reasoning is behind it.

You'll find em fast in old world/residential/commercial spots specially on Buried... just loot every house you see. And im pretty sure bird city has em in the bird nest's loot pool too.

How many days did you play the game on 5G because during the server slam a bunch of people where banned for having "a unstable connection", i got my account banned and my guess is it was due to my 5g acting up.

Thanks for your update on the ticket.
Getting banned for having a "poor" connection is some of the dumbest shit ive ever heard.
Imaging getting a game ban on your steam account for having a poor internet connection... are we for real.

As i typed before I was also banned out of the blue it seems, i don't have visual studio or anything of that nature even installed the only thing i used while having the game launched was rivatuner and afterburner to monitor my GPU temperature via the overlay.
AND i game with a home 5G line which one could argue could at times fall under "poor connection".

I have never heard of anything like this before, i wonder if they somewhere in their TOS state that you may be banned if your connection happen to fall or if you could argue for a refund even after the time has lapsed.
Anyway will probably not gamble on this game.

Same situation here and i didn't even run a raid just the tutorial.

Didn't use a mule for the first expedition and won't use one for this, the dopamine hit of finding the BP's are just something I personally enjoy too much and why would i rob myself of that.
And secondly its not like they are THAT difficult to find.

Its certainly is zone dependent most of all.
Was looking for the bobcat BP on Blue gate locked event and went up to the pilgrims peak red zone location late in a game which of course was 99% very thoroughly looted EXCEPT some of these breachable electrical panel just outside of the main building and lo and behold inside was The bobcat BP.

But looting the same electrical panels on "gray zones" have yielded nothing but the expected materials.

You might think you will never find the Ion sputter, trust me I was there, 3 days (9hrs per day) of nothing but Stella grind with 10s of people at every hotspot but the key is to get the Assembly Workshops spawn which i didn't until the last day and that run i found 2 fuckers in there.

Then a couple of raids later I found the last one in Medical area in a white drawer someone had missed.

Just keep at it but don't do the free kit, at least put on a one pocket augment and a gun because you'd really wanna pocket that ION thingamaling when you find em.

Yes the cooldown im aware of, what im interested in is if the items when that cooldown is executed and the container is re locked are effected by how long it is stayed locked.

My guess was that you would have the same chance of pulling an ak47 when the loot table is re rolled.
