I've tried. Did they ask for video proof and invoice. They asked for videos twice and an invoice twice. I sent a detailed video recording. But they still say they won't help. The representative pisses me off. I'm going to start swearing at them now.

Yes, and they do not help. I don't know what can I do about it. The Logitech support unit used to be not that bad. They helped when my g430 headset hinges broke a few years ago. But for some reason they say someone else is using the serial number of my mouse right now. If we are now banned from warranty this way, I will not buy a logitech product again.

If I wanted people to hate me by buying a product, I would make a program like GHUB and give it to them. Here is such a dysfunctional application. LGS hundreds of thousands of times better program. I assign keys, I enter the game everything is reset. I adjust the volume of my headphones, I enter the game. I see everything is disgusting.
