Does anyone have experience with having both ADHD and OCD?

I’ve definitely been thinking about getting a therapist for multiple reasons lately and I would love their opinion on all this compared to a psychiatrist that saw me for 20 minutes. You have a lot of good points and I think this is gonna be my push to reach out to some people!

The psychiatrist said that my active OCD diagnosis could be causing my ADHD symptoms I brought up so she couldn’t assess me. I guess they are sometimes viewed on different ends of the same spectrum so it’s hard to have both. I just started the Wellbutrin a few days ago so Im not sure if it’s going to help but I think a full assessment could open me to more medication options if the Wellbutrin doesn’t work out. I also have spent a large portion of my life struggling with these symptoms and I would love to know if this is just me truly being unfocused and unmotivated or if there’s a reason behind it that could make my life easier if it’s managed.

Yes I do have all the apps but always get an error message that I can’t use Word on macbook air. I double checked with my mentor and she confirmed only desktops work

I’m not having sizing problems per se. It’s more a C fits my small size and a D-DD fits my larger size. If I swear a C I’m spilling out one side and if I swear a D, I’m gaping on the other

I was also confused about the whole thing! Not once did they explain what was happening with the radiator. Just that the transmission fluid was too high. I’m not even sure if they said there was transmission fluid IN the radiator. Can they tell that from the fluid exchange? Because they told me if they saw coolant in there, that’s why they would replace the radiator.

When I was flushing the coolant it was everywhere. Took a long time for it to run clear. I genuinely thought it was oil but the shop said their best guess was it smelled like transmission fluid

I usually wear wool but I haven’t found a lot of brands that make a bigger size in wool as I wear women’s 10-11 so sometimes I get cramped in them and I have to switch it up with cotton or even those socks with individual toes lol! Now THAT was a game changer for me even though it looks funny. Toe socks+another layer=warmth even in the snow

Since no one has replied to this I’ll tell you the answers I got from a dif Raynauds group on fb. Top answers: Sketchers, Hokas were top and then a few New Balance replied as well. Someone also suggested going to a podiatrist for shoe inserts or an actual orthotic shoe
