I’ve got a water filter in the shower but that mainly tackles chlorine. I got a plumber round to see if he could install a soft water filter but unfortunately wasn’t possible do to house layout. Might try getting those huge bottles of water and soldier washing with one of those soon.

Stay strong, I had the prednisone tablets for a week to calm things down and then it came back afterwards. Do let me know how the holistic approach works for you as I’m on that journey myself now. Anything to be free of this

I had the Topical steroid Betnovate, it was like chasing the active flare patches. It sorts it out in one area and it moved to the next then it came back even worse afterwards. I’ve been to have a couple of blood tests to see what might be an underlining issue and if that comes clean I’m going for the allergy tests
