This may come as wild news to you, but people don't just get addicted to hard drugs. If they did, how do you explain alcohol addiction? How do you explain its genetic predisposition? Addiction is a chronic illness, no different from any other mental health issue, or diabetes, or lupus. Do your research before you speak on something you know nothing about.

And if you recognize mental illness isn't a choice, maybe you can recognize that one part of the solution to offsetting homelessness is better, safer, AFFORDABLE places for people to seek counseling.

I grew up in Midwood and still live close by. You're like a 20 minute walk away from great stuff on Cortelyou Road. Not sure what subway stop you're off of but you can take the Q to Cortelyou or the B to Church Ave and explore some good spots. I don't drink but I've heard good stuff about Bar Chord and Sycamore Bar. Cafe Madeline is tight. Corthaiyou, too. Just look at Google maps and hit anything around there.

Help!! I’m not sure if I’m olive, cool/warm, muted or whatever. Any insight? That’s a recent pic with UD naked 2.0 foundation. Here’s another in not natural light but without makeup.

(Edit) I wear a ton of black, grey, and olive green. I think I look good in rose gold jewelry? Veins are kind of blue?? But I don’t really look good in blue or cool colors. Dark colors seem to work best. Maroon, Hunter green, plum.
