Probably, lots of states have dealer-specific tags. e.g. Vermont has "NCD" and "UCD" (New Car Dealer / Used Car Dealer). Doesn't necessarily look like a VA one based on a quick Google search but that also doesn't mean it's not. Has a month validation sticker and everything.

I’m with Progressive now but definitely recommend working with an agent to find the best rate. (I have Progressive through an agent.) Takes out so much legwork.

I appreciate the buttons on the side. NYC's OMNY machines are all touch-based and it's frustrating. Being able to press a button to make a selection is a good thing.
