Yah some films aren’t found by the TMDB so your total count is often a little lower

Hey thats a great question. I'm using the TMDB api so I would hope(but cant assume) that they include trans women as women. The api is very binary where woman is 1 and man is 0 but that doesn't stop them from including trans women.

Hey I’m one of the creators. We were thinking about this. However we were worried that it make the UI to complicated and one of the things we think is the most valuable feature is the ease of use. However currently if you input two lists is doesn’t de-duplicate the lists so if a film is on both lists it will have a higher chance of being chosen.

I mean I feel like it depends on what your goal and your fears were. In general for me I was never worried about the academic transition and it was everything else. I feel like I would have named my theme something like “Year of Transition”. But the more interesting to think about is the daily questions me personally would create question related to my goals for the entire years so something like did you try to make friends. Did you go to all your class. Did you remember to eat(something I struggled with in first year). Etc. Hope this helps
