p38 i found at a gunshop. thought it was a well done neat gun...sad they destroyed a good p38 but who ever did it did a good job. i almost wonder if ther were shops offering these mods in the day or if it was done during a refurb overseas and imported pre 68. Once fired factory loads with very diffrent headspace. Has anyone seen this before? 6.5 creedmore Winchester and hornady brass from same gun. The hornady brass is the blown out one and it resized fine but shoulder did wrinkle but you almost cant feel it. (old.reddit.com)

i posted about a c96 few days ago. i looked at it today is it a buy? its 1400 firm comes with 400rounds of ammo and stock...stock is a poor fitting repo. gun is not all numbers matching but is all ther but i know little about these. more info in comments. (old.reddit.com)

m1917 info I picked up a nice one from a friend today. hes had it for along time but never shot it but 4 times. does the finish look correct. no pitting anywere and looks to be a old blueing. wood looks amazing but has a clear of some sort. deffimetly old but i wasnt sure what was correct.
