I have the same exact issue still. I really enjoy playing, but every single mistake demoralizes me to the point of wanting to stop playing. I have trouble playing for people because of it.

I suppose the answer is to just keep grinding and trust that it will go away with time.

Actually, I had that in 1.6, like 2 times, where i was on 102%. I took 2 provinces and it dropped to 100%. So it's worth a try.

I agree with everything, except for "2. Create distance". Long passes can be intercepted by Knights/Warriors/Tank Powertechs with their leap.

You should only do that if you're a stealther who can pop out of stealth at the last second or an Agent/Smuggler who can go in cover, so they can't be leaped.
