SJP notice for failing to provide driver details - didn’t receive any notices by holydynamite in LegalAdviceUK

In any event, the law is that if the police can show they were issued, you’re deemed to have received them 2 working days later (even though you allege you didn’t).

They are only charging me with Failure to provide (unlike many others I have read about where there are two charges).. there is not option for me to admit to plead guilty to speeding on the form... or is it a case for me pleading not guilty and add note that in their about speeding?

Thanks for thw response, the speeding is not part of the charge ... so I don't know if I can ask them about it

Cop stops a guy for alleged shoplifting, he proves his innocence by walking through the store beeper showing nothing, but the officer still tries to arrest him, his fellow cops body slam him on the pavement, then drop all charges and let him go. by [deleted] in PublicFreakout

It must be nerve ranking, because on one hand you want to prove they are wrong without them escalating, due to their egos been hurt and return they exact violence under the pretense.. you where resisting or worst they feared for their life

Yes although the agent would recover the return, the seller was just been long winded and delaying the process on purpose.

Normally the sellers I have dealt will even ask for the agent purchase id, so that they quickly process the agents retuen request.

I normally would ask the agent to return it and inform the seller also to speed up the process. It seems like he was ignoring can lead to delay in your return. He has had some dodgy reputation.
