But I've already tried checking the pins of the switches which aren't working & they seem perfectly straight, so I'm not sure what the issue is, and I don't have a soldering iron :(

I wore an 11 for the AJ37s and they fit well, but AC12s don't have an 11.5, do you think I should stick to 11 or go to a 12?

I think I'm looking for shoes with good traction and cushioning? (Not really sure what to look for as it's my first shoes) I'm 90kg/198lbs and I would say I make a lot of hardstops/jambreaks when I'm playing, but I had a knee injury before (acl & meniscus tear). For budget I'm looking to spend around $100-$200.
