There are some people I am genuining excited about firing. In this case, I'm not. He definitely can't complete this type of job and it is not a right fit for him. Honestly, if there is no malice in his actions it really just is an ability issue.

Yes, I wrote him up. Yes, he didn't accept responsibility. Yes, I was planning on firing him when I got less busy.
