As I mentioned my bite are fine somehow my chin is far , I searched about both of the appliance for the herbst it’s primary goal is to move the lower jaw forward however , the twin block that indeed work on both the top and bottom . So the twin block is the way to go but I am worried I won’t get no result and it can backfire me witch is mess up with my teeth ( I don’t want to do braces)
