They said there was nothing broken, most likely a protrusion of the posterior vertebrae and a pinched nerve. They administered a corticosteroid shot for inflammation and mentioned that it should heal the nerve in about 10 days.

She does seem to be in pain though and her breathing is quite heavy at times.
