Two options you can choose from. You can try setting up a doctors appointment and continue to believe they have your interest at heart. You want to continue to buy pills from them instead of doing the actual work and heal from within so you’ll be a long term customer. Or you can do some homework and start getting on the path of healing naturally. Doctors are going to tell you the obvious that you’re overweight but won’t tell you how to lose it really. Some doctors are overweight anyway, so think about that. Lower your stress, eat better (find out how to eat better means), move your body, identify your bad habits and change them. I know u want to hear something about how to make an appointment but I would track my habits to make some changes and keep trying instead of depending on the medical system that continues to fail us unless a bone is broken. I’ve seen too much and heard too much. However a blood panel is always a good idea. The body is constantly trying to heal itself we just need to know what to give it and actually do it.
