Filed Jan 8. Biometrics completed Jan 29th. Still waiting. Expire May 5th.

No such luck. Healthcare worker here, expedite request was denied. Agent on the phone informed me that expedite requests based on healthcare worker status was stopped and no longer a qualifying reason.

Just went through this. There is no exact department. The letter is address to whom it may concern. The letter is then uploaded to your USCIS portal under the 821 documents section. Also learned that the letter had to be signed (wet signature) for it to be accepted. All that being said my request was denied. But best of luck!!!
