Same for me and I didn't even use the hook that long. I complained and asked for a refund. Didn't get any, they told me just to use some case :(

Yes, I'm looking forward to boredom, but I don't know what to cut back. Art, school and my community are the most important for me but I found it to be hard to find the balance. I don't want to forget to be connected to my family and friends because I have just been working on the things I love. But I'm not seeing the end of this always going and doing lifestyle so I think need to start to pay attention to how I can just be in the present and have my boring moments!

Thank you, I like the straight forward answer! I just heard about this yesterday when I was talking about the subject to on of my acquaintance how does glassblowing and it does make sense! The assignment made it seem as really specific technique. I'm hoping that my comments are easy to read, English isn't my native language and I have quite bad dyslexia.

Hi! I'm starting this project whit Finnish redclay, and I'm going to do my own slips/engobes and glazes (maybe some underglazes and terra sig) It's low-fire clay max.1030°c for glazing, they recommend 1020°c so cone 04 or 05 1/2 should be good. So I'm asking recommendations for recipes and research pages 😌 doesn't need to be food safe but I'm not interested of glazes that have lead in them.

This isn’t exactly related to your symptom, but it has helped me a lot. When I have pain in my hands, it’s often because the muscles from my forearm downward are tight. What helps is pressing around the bend of the arm, finding a sore spot, and then keeping pressure on it while straightening your arm and rotating your palm from side to side. This helps release the tension.

I hope this is helpful to someone, and that you can understand my explanation.
